Congratulations, Ryan & Dana

Baby Emerson Nicole Hannah was born last night around 6pm. She weighed in at 7 lbs 1 oz. Mom and baby are both doing very well after a very long day yesterday. Keep them in your thoughts at this exciting time in their lives. (I will post pictures as soon as I have them!)

Clay just talked to Ryan and Dana is in labor! Hopefully everything goes very smoothly and we will get to meet Baby Emerson today! Yay!

Hot Yoga

I tried Hot Yoga for the first time last night and it was FABULOUS! I highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't really enjoy exercising. I actually stole the idea from Becca (the 2nd one in the last few months - kickball was the first) and again I am so glad that I did. If anyone wants to try it let me know and I'll be happy to go with you!
